My large public sector client is currently seeking a Chartered Surveyor for a 3 – 12 months contract based at their site in Paisley.
Job Profile:
• The successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with experience in buildings.
• Working predominately on writing maintenance schedules with Statutory and Compliance knowledge.
• Carrying out Condition Surveys.
Essential:
• Proficient in using CAD
• Formulising contract documentation
• Experiencing in writing Dilap Schedules
• Negotiating lease exit Dilapidation
• A current Basic Disclosure
Desirable:
• Own car
