Job Title: The Zonal Coordinator;
1. JOB PURPOSE:
The cost effective and efficiently plan, organize,
guide and control all party strategies and political activities carried in the
zone (Western Lake Province) in accordance to the party guidelines which focus
on mobilizing and recruiting members up to the grass root level. Also he/she is
needed to generate sufficient incomes from members and supporters for
supporting the branches sustainability. The incumbent will be based in Western
Lake Province (Geita, Kagera and Mwanza) and will report to the Zonal Chairman
guide and control all party strategies and political activities carried in the
zone (Western Lake Province) in accordance to the party guidelines which focus
on mobilizing and recruiting members up to the grass root level. Also he/she is
needed to generate sufficient incomes from members and supporters for
supporting the branches sustainability. The incumbent will be based in Western
Lake Province (Geita, Kagera and Mwanza) and will report to the Zonal Chairman
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
· Holder of Bachelor degree in administration or management from recognized
universities (Master degree in planning and/or management will be an added
advantage)
· At least 3 years in the position of senior manager or above plus solid work
performance.· Must possess IT Knowledge, word, PowerPoint, publisher and excel
applications.
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Swahili languages
· Must be a Tanzanian citizen and preferably residing in the Western Lake Zone
regions (Geita, Kagera and Mwanza)
· Should have ability to build, motivate and utilize teamwork to achieve
expected results.
· At least acquainted to party for past three year (Involvement in CHADEMA M4C
activities in the zone is an added advantage)
· With long working experience at the capacity of planning and institutional
management
· Capable and creative in organizing comprehensive fundraising and financial
mobilization
· Capable in conducting operational research and proposal writing skills
· Should be capable in safeguarding and advocating the party’s interests
· Ready to respond quickly and wisely to propaganda against the party.
