Based in a Northern Shore location, this established design consultancy has
built a reputation as one of Sydney’s most reputable consulting firms and works
on numerous large projects at any one time. They are regarded as having a
structural design department that is the envy of the industry.
The Role
Due to organic growth and further project wins, a requirement has arisen for an
experienced Revit Structural Drafter to join their busy and professional team
who are at the forefront of the design industry. Joining on an initial
3-6 month contract, with predicted future additional project wins, the role could
extend depending upon performance.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Structural Drafter, you will be responsible for
designing:
• Public buildings
• Residential buildings
• Commercial buildings
• Retail buildings
• Industrial buildings
The Requirements
This position requires an individual who possesses:
• Exposure to structural drafting projects across a range of building types
• Strong practical knowledge of Revit with at least 3 years of
project-based experience
• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD with at least 5 years of project-based
experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Structural Drafter
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian design standards
• Full working rights in Australia
This is an excellent long-term contract role for the right individual and has
