Preparing a daily production list, Ensuring that all
stations remained stocked before and during service, Responsible to check the
quality of food before it is served to guests, Ensuring that the hygienic
conditions of the kitchen are always up to standard, Any other relevant duties
as assigned from time to time
A minimum Diploma in Food Production or its equivalent from any reputable
institution, A minimum of MSCE, Excellent leadership skills, A minimum of 3 yrs
working experience
