With further regional growth initiatives underway there now exists a career
pathway opportunity in Sydney for a Chemical Engineer or Materials Engineer
early into their production management career, to join their Australian
operations,
Based at their South East Sydney 24/7 continuous manufacturing facility, this
is for a high potential, university degree qualified professional, who is
already demonstrating strong team leadership and process troubleshooting
capability, seeking to be involved in wider operational improvement issues, and
to become an integral member of a multiskilled, Plant Manufacturing team. Ideal
industry exposure includes the paper and packaging sectors, however this is not
essential.
Leading operational shift teams to the performance standards of safety,
quality, environment and efficiency expected of this organization, you are a
proactive, confident, robust and technically astute professional. You have
well-developed interpersonal skills, exposure to continuous manufacturing
environments and significant production management potential. You are looking
to the future to develop a broad, solid and stable career in plant management
which you can utilize across the wide operations of a very substantial multinational.
