The Capital Market Authority (CMA) is a Public Institution established by the Law N°11/2011 of 18/05/2011
to guide in the development of a capital market in Rwanda. CMA invites

Key responsibilities:
-Establishing network specifications by conferring
with users, analyzing workflow, access of information, and security
requirements
-Maintaining the Authority’s website
-Implementation of the Authority’s automated information and filing system
-Setting up and maintaining all security measures controllable both by hardware
configurations and by software control
-Taking regular backups of all data
-Ensuring reliability &the communication systems, e-mail and internet
-Providing the Authority’s software and hardware maintenance and upgrade.

Knowledge and Experience:
-Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineering or KT related field.
-Be proactive, dynamic and goal driven.
-Good knowledge and experience in configuring routers, switches and firewall to
ensure full availability of network access from installed devices with a valid
CCNA and CC certificates or other equivalent profession certificates.
-Good knowledge and experience in Linux and windows administration. A valid
MCIT Linux certificates will be an added advantage
-Experience with SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL.
-Fluent in English or French (reading, writing and speaking).
-Analytical/technical mindset.
