Can
Manaufacturers
is looking for a Production
Controller to be based in Lobatse and assume the following
responsibilities that includes and not limited to;
- Establish
and ensure the implementation of production procedures to optimize
production efficiencies, control costs, and ensure that products are
manufactured in accordance with specifications and production targets - Accurate
recording of production data and analysis to identify any variances from
optimal efficiencies and initiate appropriate adjustments to production
parameters to restore production efficiency - Cost
control and optimal plant utilization - Liaise
closely with QA staff on product quality and specifications and
investigate possible causes of non compliance - Ensure
compliance with safety procedure at all times. - Train
staff in the operation of equipment - Complies
with and implement ISO 9001:2008 Standard - Any
other related duty as instructed by supervisor

Requirements
- Diploma
in Manufacturing Engineering or Production Management - At
least 5 years in a similar position (basic accounting and logistics
management would be an added advantage) - Knowledge
of HACCP and ISO procedures essential
