The British Red Cross helps vulnerable people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, believes in what we do, and wants to become part of our fundraising team.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding of working with volunteers, have previous experience of raising funds in a community setting, and be focused on raising money to fund our work in the UK and overseas.
You will have the ability to manage your time effectively, work under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent organisational skills.
You will also need to be computer literate and good over the phone, but this is not a desk job, you will be responsible for building new relationships and maintaining existing ones, so a full driving licence and the use of a car are essential.
