Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Port Harcourt
Description
The ideal candidate shall be a vibrant young man who is adept at business strategy and ideas generation. He will report to the Head Office and will have responsibility for operations, management and Human Resource at the Branch level.
Specifically the candidate will:
o Review and implement new operational systems processes and procedures that will optimize service delivery
o Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring control end reporting systems
o Monitor staff performance and implement effective administrative systems etc
o Experience in shipping/logistics will be added advantage
Qualifications
o A good first degree in Business Administration economics or any social sciences from a reputable institution
o A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity
o Leadership, communication negotiation and people skills
o Strong ethics and integrity
