Our multidisciplinary medical practice is looking for the right person to join our enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced administration team. Our practitioners include physiotherapist, rheumatologists, exercise physiologists, dietitians and massage therapists. We would like another healthy, fit and active person with a
bright and welcoming personality to join us in continuing to provide exceptional service to our clients and practitioners. Leading our admin team is a practice manager with 10 years experience in the industry that has seen the team grow to 35 employees and contractors. She has been part of our business since inception and you will have the opportunity to be mentored by her.

A keen attitude to learning and up-skilling is a must. A desire to embrace a strong customer service focus is also essential. We are currently going through an exciting period of growth with a commitment to provide world-class service in all facets of our business.

We currently operate from 3 locations in Sydney. We are looking for a receptionist /administration team member to join us in our North Parramatta clinic. You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday 7:45am to 7pm & Saturday 7:45 am to 1pm. This role is on a rotating roster during these hours with a total of 38 hours worked per week. This role will also include travel to our Chatswood and Brookvale clinics to cover when people are sick or on holiday. A willingness to be flexible is a must.
