PROFILE: QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Law or any other relevant
field for procurement - A go-get attitude, not a wait-and-see type.
- Senior appearance through age (at least 30
years), experience (at least 10 years relevant experience with
facilitating procurement in government and semi-government institutions in
Rwanda) and conduct (calm, convincing, ethical, reliable and knowledgeable
conduct) - Experience with working on no-cure-no-pay
basis in the domain of procurement - Proficiency in MS-Project
- English, French and Kinyarwanda proficiency is
a must - Able to work under time pressure with no
objection to undertake field missions.
