Manager (F & B division)

WAs most historic hotel
and restaurant, the Rose and Crown in Guildford, is looking for an experienced,
driven hospitality professional to join our vibrant, exciting team as a Bar
Manager, and help us deliver fantastic service to our many guests.

The ideal candidate
will:

  • Have a
    minimum of two years experience in a hospitality supervisory position.
  • Have a
    broad understanding of bar operations.
  • Have
    strong background customer service.
  • Be used
    to working in high volume and fast paced venues.
  • Demonstrate
    high attention to detail and have the ability to find solutions and
    implement them with confidence.
  • Have a
    clear understanding of the hospitality industry and the demands required.
  • Have
    strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.
  • Be a WA
    approved manager.

Duties will include
but are not limited to:

  • Inspiring
    and driving our team
  • Opening
    and closing the business.
  • Supporting
    all food and beverage staff.
  • Staff
    allocation
  • Maintaining
    exceptional standards of service.
  • Ensuring
    the highest standards of presentation of premises and staff are
    maintained.
  • Running
    Bar and Restaurant service
  • Supporting
    all levels of Management in business operations.

This is an
operational role in a high volume and diverse business incorporating busy bar
and restaurant service alongside a number of function facilities. We are
seeking an individual with a strong work ethic who takes pride in delivering
the best service on a consistent basis and who can motivate their team to
follow their lead and deliver the same.
