in Parramatta, the Relationship Manager (RM) reports to the Senior
Relationship Manager and is responsible for achieving sales targets, cross
sales, deal quality benchmarks and satisfa

effective working relationships with customers.
The RM is the primary point of contact for existing business clients and holds
responsibility for business growth and development, fostering of relationships
and negotiations with these clients. Central to the role is the ability to
develop strong and extensive referral networks, and present a professional
image, generated through knowledge of various business types and prudent credit
parameters.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Self-motivated
individual who is highly driven by success with a proven track record in
sales. - Demonstrated
competency in customer service, business sourcing, relationship management
and communication skills to facilitate relationship building, sales and
negotiation with a broad range of clients with complex business
requirements, as well as dealings with professionals such as accountants
and solicitors. - Significant
networking skills to development effective relationships. - Knowledge
of the Corporate Banking sector to assist in credit recommendations and
decisions. - Strong
credit skills to gather and bundle information to structure a credit
submission and provide recommendations. - Excellent
level of negotiation skills and problem solving required to meet the short
and long term needs of customers. - Experience
with and understanding of loan pricing and structuring. - Excellent
understanding of accounting principles and corporations law. - Highly
advanced financial analysis skills. - Experience
with and understanding of various corporate structures including trusts.
Desirable
- Tertiary
education in marketing, accounting, finance or economics.
