Head of Administration
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
• Control and manage of Bank properties including building, fixed assets, vehicles, office equipment, miscellaneous supplies
• Plan, direct and control all activities of the Administration to ensure cost-effective, accuracy, good coordination and optimum performance
• Recommend implementation and enhancement on system and procedures for operation efficiency in various departments including self department
• Handle of the Bank’s assets and equipments – ensure proper movement, tagging, maintenance and repair
• Ensure accuracy on various expenses payment and proper monitoring of petty cash and revenue stamps
• Prepare memo for approval on all purchasing items in accordance to the approving authority
• Ensure efficient management and control of both on- and off- site storage of Bank’s assets and documents
• Manage and develop subordinates to be efficient, professional and responsible in their tasks
• Review vouchers, reports and schedules prepared by subordinates
• Cooperate and coordinate with staffs of all level in the Bank to achieve the Bank’s vision
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
