Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Design custom automation equipment, test fixture and system, from concept generation to completion.
• Work closely with the project team and with customer to define requirement and generates specification.
• Produce 3D model and 2D drawings, and Assembly and project related documentation.
• Design of fabrication parts; including working with manufacturing team and supplier producing high level of standard in term of quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with other engineering team to ensure uniform application of good practice of manufacturing standard.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in designing industrial and test automation equipment, product Assembly and Test fixtures
• Good Knowledge in designed part fabrication, verification and assembly processes
• Knowledge of engineering principles, logical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and complete multiple projects
• Proficiency in 3D / 2D design and drafting, particular for Solid work and Autodesk
• Able to travel regionally
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer and office software skills
• Able to work in Singapore
