new permanent positions have become available in our fun and busy inbound
customer service contact centre, to commence late September, 2015.

These
roles are inbound customer service focused positions, providing exemplary
service to our members. The operating hours

of the contact centre are
8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 37.5 hours
per week.
The
key accountabilities for this role include:

- First
point resolution for all member enquiries (inbound and outbound) - Processing
of insurance estimates and amendments - Meeting
and exceeding KPI’s to achieve service outcomes - Managing
a high volume of information on Avant products - Providing
accurate and timely information on all available products and services - Adhering
to complex compliance and legislative requirements - Maintain
member database and records - Identifying
continuous improvement opportunities within the team
The
successful candidate will have:

- Demonstrated
prior experience in a high volume, inbound call centre environment - A
corporate presentation with excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written - The
ability to work in a fast paced, supportive team environment - Strong
administrative competencies - Excellent
multi-tasking and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

roles will pay the successful candidates a generous salary package of $55,000
inclusive of superannuation.
