This role requires a dynamic individual who will provide leadership and support to management and staff.
You should have a genuine empathy for the elderly and be passionate about providing high quality care services that exceed residents expectations. Your health background should provide HR management, recruitment, staff development and education.
Key aspects include clinical care management, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met at all times. You will have the drive to initiate change, have input into strategic planning of the organisation and be able to communicate with staff of all levels. Essential Qualifications: Registered Nurse List A NSW Nurses Board, Knowledge of Aged Care Industry standards, Management experience.
