HR Senior Executive
Cyberjaya (Selangor)

Responsibilities:
• Supervise local labor related laws and regulations changes, propose updates based on the current policies and SOPs
• Employee master data change mgt and SME on employees queries.
• Ensure delivery of high quality Employee Relations services to the business
• Manage surveys for the organization to ensure that employee opinion is regularly obtained, externally benchmarked, feedback provided and improvements are achieved through management commitment and focus.
• Handle all employee disciplinary and grievance matters such as conducting inquiry sessions, recommending employee dismissal etc.
• Lead and manage various employee welfare and recreational and CSR activities to enhance teamwork and employee morale
• Accountable for providing a positive employee experience in the organization that can be translated into engagement, motivation labor relations etc

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge and possess min 5 years of experience in Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision and independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge in Industrial Relations and Employment Act
• Good problem-solving skills, resourceful and service-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Active, vibrant, multi-tasking, fresh thinking and forward looking.
