Our client is a leading International Bank, operating across 70 countries
globally over 150 years with 1,600 branches. They are recognized for their
achievements over the years in the banking industry. Our client is a global shared
services centre, which provides dedicated world class technology in consumer
banking operations, wholesale banking operations, and customer care with their
main hub in Malaysia.
Reporting to Head, Product Engineering, Collections and Receivable, this role
will support 40+ plus countries across the global footprint and has
responsibilities to improve product, processes and systems for all Collections
and Receivables products. Active involvement in driving the delivery of process
and system changes globally. It is a key role to ensure strong and robust
infrastructure is in place for seamless commercialisation of Collections and
Receivables products.
To qualify, the individual must possess:
Degree holder in Business and economics or related discipline.
Create investment capacity through process improvements and automation
Identify hubbing opportunities across the Collection and Receivables products
space to ensure maximisation of hub capabilities
Drive standardization of processes to ensure a scalable operating model is in
place
Design processes for regulatory needs on global basis for Collection and
Receivables products
Support rollout of new product programs, GDOI’s and Control documents and work
closely with Product Managers to ensure product development opportunities
identified are delivered
Identification of operational risks and escalation at the relevant forums to
take necessary steps to build operational controls/mitigates around rollout
implementation.
Support in review and enhancement of KCSA’s for changes to the product
offerings being rolled out
