rapidly growing sector in Australia and our client is a current leader in this
field in the supply of innovative ATV/QUAD BIKE towable implements.  They
wish to capitalise on their strong position by releasing a consistent stream of
products.

Role
The position of Production Team Leader is based on the Sunshine Coast and will
be the lead of a small team of product developers and builders.  This is a
full time role in an expanding company, with huge potential in this new market.
We require someone who has had experience in the manufacture of innovative, low
volume products, preferably in the Agricultural sector. You will have worked
from concept through to production phase and have a strong enthusiasm for
seeing great ideas bought to market.

Responsibilities
We require someone who has had experience in the manufacture of innovative, low
volume products, preferably in the Agricultural sector. You will have worked
from concept through to production phase and have a strong enthusiasm for
seeing great ideas bought to market. You will work closely with our R&D
manager (who is based offsite) on all projects and will be responsible for
leading the production team in the successful completion of these
projects. Key responsibilities are:

• To
  ensure new products are developed on time and to budget
• Lead
  the production team to actively assist in help to prototype
• Have a
  flair for problem solving and new product development
• Communicate
  and lead a small product development team
• Project
  manage new designs from concept through to manufacturing production
• Control
  documentation handover process
