About the Opportunity
Aftercare is very proud to confirm that we will be working in
partnership with local agencies to deliver a new one-stop mental health
hub in Orange – LikeMind Centre.
The LikeMind Centre in Orange is the first in rural and regional New
South Wales as Aftercare works in partnership with the Western
NSW LHD and other local partners that specialise in mental health, drug
and alcohol, physical health and social needs. The target group for the service
is people who are at risk of or have a diagnosed mental illness, living in the
community, with an aim to reach individuals with mental health needs who may
not be currently connected with the mental health sector.
