Job
Title: Provost
Location: Misau, Bauchi

Job
Description

The
Provost shall be the Chief Executive of the College and shall be charged
with the general responsibility for matters relating to the day to day
Management/Operation of the College.
And
it shall be the duty of the Provost to see that the provisions of law,
statue, ordinance and regulations of the College are observed and he/she
may exercise such powers as may be necessary and expedient for that
purpose.

Qualifications
and Experience
Interested candidates for the position shall be preferably:

To
be a Chief lecturer of at least 5 years cognate experience
Not
more than 55 years at the time of assumption of duty.
Have
educational qualification plus a Doctorate Degree in one of the subjects
taught at NCE programme
Have
evidence of academic and administrative leadership.
Have
evidence of professional standing/honour
Be
proficient in ICT packages and capacities
Have
evidence of community service

Terms
and Conditions

The
Provost shall hold the office for a period of four years in the first
instance and eligible for re-appointment in the post for another period of
four years, only subject to satisfactory performance.

Job
Title:
Registrar
Location: Misau, Bauchi

Job
Description

The
Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the College, Secretary
to the Governing Council and the Academic Board
He
is also responsible to the College Provost for the performance of his
duties.

Qualifications
and Experience
The criteria to be satisfied by candidates for this post are:

A
good honours Degree in Social Science/Art subjects with at least 21 years
cognate experience, or a Master’s Degree from a recognised institution of
higher learning with at least 18 years cognate experience or Doctorate
Degree with at least 15 years cognate experience
Must
have vast knowledge and experience in administration of Tertiary
Institutions.
Must
have attained the rank of Deputy Registrar in any tertiary Institution or
cognate Senior Management position.
Evidence
of attendance of a mandatory professional course is required.
Must
be computer literate and have a demonstrable competence in information and
communication Technology
Must
be physically and mentally fit
Must
have a good working knowledge of current administrative principles and
practice.

instance and shall be eligible for appointment for a final term of five
years only subject to satisfactory performance

Job
Title:
Bursar
Location: Misau, Bauchi

Job
Description

The
Bursar shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the College and be
responsible to the Provost for the day to day Financial Management and
control of financial affairs of the College.

Qualifications
and Experience

The
criteria to be satisfied by candidates for this post are as follows:

Candidates
must possess a minimum of Second Class honours Degree in Accountancy from
a recognised University, plus full professional qualification such as ACA,
ACCA, ACMA, CPA, ICAN or ANAN with (15) years cognate work experience,
preferably in Tertiary Institutions
Possession
of relevant higher Degree will be an added advantage.
The
candidate must be a computer literate and must have served in capacity not
below the rank of Deputy Bursar.
