strengthening (HSS) project in Tanzania. Brief descriptions and
qualification requirements are listed below. In addition to the
position-specific requirements of each individual opening, understanding of
USAID administrative procedures and requirements is highly desirable, and
applicants should have a willingness and ability to travel and/or
potentially be based outside of Dar es Salaam.

Health Information Systems Advisor Build capacity at the national and local
level to strengthen and harmonize routine health information systems and
increase the quality of their collection, analysis, dissemination and use
of health information for program planning. Qualification Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Public Health, or Administration
and 6+ years of experience in HIS strengthening and capacity building in
the area of data management.
