Abt Associates seeks
a Financial Management and Operations Director for the anticipated USAID-funded
Southern Africa Trade and Investment Hub Project. The ideal candidate will
possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s
  degree in financial management, business administration, finance,
  accounting or other relevant field, or a Bachelor’s or certified
  accounting degree with 15 years of experience;
• Ten
  years of accounting, operations, and financial management of large-scale,
  complex, international development assistance programs;
• Familiarity
  with USG financial reporting and compliance requirements will be an
  advantage; and
• Demonstrated
  experience and skills in developing and managing large budgets.
