Main
Responsibilities |
·
Coordinating and executing the client and market surveys together with the branch staffs.
·
Documenting the survey results and compiling the information in a report.
·
Monitoring the developments in the industry and conduct a competitor analysis.
·
Networking/coordinating with various stakeholders for information sharing and collaborative work.
·
Gathering and interpreting information to identify opportunities, present insights, conclusions and recommendations related to competitive pricing, customer acquisition and retention and other strategic issues.
·
Responsible for other projects and assignments as assigned by management.
Main
Requirements
Academic Qualification:
·
Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
Experience and other requirements:
·
Thorough understanding of financial markets and digital financial products & services.
·
Expert use of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook Excel), e-mail and internet applications.
·
Experience in market surveys and report writing is preferred.
Desired Skills:
·
Ability to identify market/business opportunities and make recommendations.
·
Must be creative, detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to quickly analyze information.
·
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
·
Must be fluent in the English and Kinyarwanda languages (to include reading, writing, speaking and comprehension)
