During first year of operations AB Bank Rwanda has
been growing remarkably in number of clients and staff. To further facilitate
the growth of our client base and branch network we are now seeking a motivated
intern to join us in Alternative Delivery Channels project in Banking
Services Department.

Main
Responsibilities
·        
Coordinating and executing the client and market
surveys together with the branch staffs.
·        
Documenting the survey results and compiling the
information in a report.
·        
Monitoring the developments in the industry and
conduct a competitor analysis.
·        
Networking/coordinating with various stakeholders
for information sharing and collaborative work.
·        
Gathering and interpreting information to
identify opportunities, present insights, conclusions and recommendations
related to competitive pricing, customer acquisition and retention and other
strategic issues.
·        
Responsible
for other projects and assignments as assigned by management.
Main
Requirements
Academic Qualification:
·        
Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance,
Communications, Public Relations or related field.
Experience and other requirements:
·        
Thorough understanding of financial markets and
digital financial products & services.
·        
 Expert use of MS Office applications (Word,
Outlook Excel), e-mail and internet applications.
·        
Experience in market surveys and report writing is
preferred.
Desired Skills:
·        
Ability to identify market/business opportunities
and make recommendations.
·        
Must be creative, detail-oriented and efficient,
with the ability to quickly analyze information.
·        
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and
written) and customer service skills.
·        
Must be fluent in the English and Kinyarwanda
languages (to include reading, writing, speaking and comprehension)
