The basic functions of this role are:
• Work with complex data, merging with background forms containing variable fields that rely on multiple queries.
• Database development and maintenance
• Work with and create HTML documents
• Processing for automated postal sorting via barcode and print post.
Selection Criteria
essential
• High level skills and experience using Excel, Word and Access Database
• High attention to detail.
• Experience completing complex data sorting in relation to de-duping, mail merging and data preparation.
• Experience using mail related software packages such as Paris, VIP Pro, Twins, Visa Tray labels.
• Experience in electronic broadcast media: email, SMS, HTML for broadcasting.
• Experience creating HTML digital forms.
• Competent in the use of background forms in Xerox production environment.
• Experience in a medium volume “direct mail house”.
Desirable:
• Experience in Australia Post requirements for all forms of data prep and postage.
