This position is suited for a career minded person who is looking to get
ahead in their property management career and also being a part of a friendly,
energetic team.  This position is open to applicants who have completed or
are wishing to complete their Certificate of Registration or TAFE course.
 

This role would be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in
managing a medium sized rent roll which includes the following duties:-
 

·        
Liaising with tenants and landlords

·        
Showing properties

·        
Application processing

·        
Complete Ingoing  and Outgoings Reports

·        
Tribunal Hearings

·        
End of month reconciliation

In order to be considered you will need:- 

·        
A positive attitude

Good people skills

·        
Strong communication skills and
presentation skills

·        
High attention to detail, use own
initiative and be proactive

·        
A willingness to learn

·        
Be computer literate

·        
Have own car and current driver’s
licence

This role also includes ongoing
training which will require attendance at the annual interstate
training conference.
 

Rosters are Monday to Friday, every 2nd Saturday with a day off in lieu
through the week.
