    One of Melbourne’s well-known restaurants is now looking for an
    experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team of this Modern
    Australian and Bar concept Restaurant.

    This role will suit an experienced Restaurant Manager who has had
    exposure within well-known and fine dining outlets. This is a full time
    role aimed to appeal an individual who loves to provide the ultimate in
    guest experience & ensure repeat business.

    Key Attributes:

  • Must 5-7 years of experience within high
    volume outlets serving a la carte menus
  • Must have excellent knowledge of customer
    service
  • Able to anticipate and provide services as
    per guests needs/requirements
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic
  • Manage a list of VIP guests
  • Staff Management of a team of 10+
  • Must have upmarket & fine dining
    experience
