at a rapid rate an opportunity exists for an administrator/ receptionist,
someone who has a passion for the industry and a hunger to grow into a property
management roll. Experience in Real Estate preferred but most importantly the
successful applicant will possess: a sponge for knowledge and the desire to
work in a professional environment. The roll will commence as a full time
office position joining our existing two s

enior property managers who take an
extreme pride in the management of our properties.

our team. Ideally you will have real estate experience within reception or property
management.

 Passion for property management
 Computer literate
 Driver’s Licence / agents’ representative
certificate preferred.
Excellent organisational skills
The position includes:
Preparing and processing tenancy documents.
Answering Phones
 Dealing with Office enquiries
 Organising inspections
 General office duties
 Property Management and Sales Marketing
 Assisting Property Manager on a day-to-day
basis
