Contractor in New South Wales with multiple projects across Sydney varying
in value from $1 – $30million to source a Project Manager with experience of
Mechanical Disciplines/HVAC on existing commercial buildings.

Mechanical Disciplines/HVAC on existing commercial buildings.
Duties
- Pre-planning of projects to ensure
productivity, timely receipt of materials and equipment, and avoid lost
time activity. - Mechanical processes
- Submitting accurate, timely and complete
estimates and changes to order quotations. - Oversight of HVAC installations from start to
finish. - Be proficient will all Paperwork and Planning
documents. - Client meeting both on and off site.
- Reading and amending drawings to suit
projects. - Staff and contractor management, including
schedules and work flow.
Skills & Experience
- Good people and communication skills
- 5 – 10 years within the industry
- Mechanical background
- HVAC
- Sydney area knowledge is desirable
