Due to increased market demand, we’re increasing our casual pool of
Senior Electrical Engineers in our Melbourne-based Industrial Electrical and
Automation Team.

With significant engineerin

g capabilities in electrical and process automation
for infrastructure development for water, gas and general industry, the
Industrial Electrical and Automation team has a number of upcoming secondments
and projects that require the technical services of experienced, results-driven
individuals.

Primary functions include:

Provide
technical services in the areas of:

Design
of electrical, control and instrumentation systems, from concept
development to fully detailed construction issue documentation
Writing
of reports, specification and contract documentation
Develop
from client basic concepts, scope of documentation and design
requirements to meet client needs with consideration of commercial
competiveness

Work
within multi-disciplinary teams on specific Melbourne, regional, and
national based projects

Key
criteria:

Tertiary
qualifications in Electrical engineering
Technical
ability and experience in more than one of the following areas:

High
and Low voltage power distribution systems, switchboards etc.
Motor
control systems
PLC
based control systems for automatic control of plant
Wide
area SCADA/telemetry networks
Water
industry experience

Demonstrated
capability to manage multiple small/medium scale project assignments at
once
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills

To
be successful in this role you will possess experience in a consulting or
construction organisation, together with demonstrated high work performance.
