exciting opportunity has arisen for an collections consultant to join a
large investment bank, as part of their collections department. In this
role you will be responsible for managing/supporting arrears activities on
delinquent mortgages. To be successful in this position you must possess
excellent communication skills, strong focus for obtaining
results and previous experience in building and maintaining relationships.

Duties
- Receive
inbound & make outbound calls to customers. - Liaising
with external parties, within delegated authority - Assess,
review, recommend & undertake recovery action. - Provide
information & support to clients experiencing financial difficulty. - Assisting
clients to process hardship requests - Maintain
positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders. - Provide
support to internal teams as required.

- Good
Verbal/written communication skills - Have
a pro-active & strong work ethic - Must
be able to handle client complaints and queries - Must
have the ability to negotiate payments plans with customers on the phone - Must
be IT Literate, Excel and Word is essential
