1. Advisor to the Minister : Msc in agriculture or animal sciences administration, political sciences or bachelor degree in related fields with at least 5 years of relevant experience
2. Animal quarantine : Degree in Agriculture Economics or related field :
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of applied commodity modeling and analysis with particular reference to commodity projections or applied knowledge of appropriate quantitative techniques including econometric (a PhD may substitute for two years or required experience) ;
• Experience in applied econometric or commodity modeling related to supply and demand analysis
• Experience in the area of commodity simulation models and projections
• Working knowledge of English or French and knowledge of both languages will be an added advantage
3. Animal product Certification : Master or Equivalent in Veterinary, animal sciences, with 3 year working experience ; Or A0 in Veterinary, Animal Sciences ; Or other relevant field with 5 year working experience or 2 years in a senior position
4. Professional in management information system : Master degree in agriculture science, economics, agro economics or bachelor degree in related sciences with advances skills in MIS
5. Professional in fish and bee farming : A0 Animal production with 2 years working experience in fish & Bee farming
