TITRE: DEVELOPMENT OF MARKET SURVEY OF SOSOMA

SOSOMA Industries Ltd is a limited company
established on November 1st, 2008 with a capital of “Two
hundred twenty-six million nine hundred thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 226 900
000) divided into 2 269 shares of Rwf100 000 each. The Company’s main
objective is to generate commercial profit in a vision of perennially and
positive impact on its various partners (shareholders, customers, suppliers,
supporters, partners, country and personnel). In order to fit to its
goals, SOSOMA Industries Ltd is inviting expertise consultant in market
survey development to offer their technical offer and financial offer.

1. Principal Tasks of consultant

Find out the demographic (categories, health
status, ages, skills, experience in business, location) that the market
survey want to target;
Designing the market survey questionnaire
that related to the currents customers, and the new customers
divided in institutional distribution and in individual
distribution and must be involved between 180 and 250 numbers of
copies in total for wide distribution;
Designing the market survey questionnaire
which has between 15 and 20 questions approved by managing team of
SOSOMA Industries Ltd before distribution;
Collect the data of market survey from
30districts of Rwanda Country and 3others different city(
Bujumbura/Burundi, Bukavu and Goma/RDC);
Demonstrate the competitors in research area
and their prices;
Establishing market survey in two languages:
English and French.

2. Minimum
Qualification for Consultant

Research ability with strong expertise in
marketing environment,
Have between 28-50years old,
At least master degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Economic science, Development studies,
and Economics applied to the public health,
At least 3 years experience in conducting
marketing research,
Data analysis and interpretation skills,
Be fluency in English and French, with
Kinyarwanda is high asset,
Grant the high truthful and discretion.

For each bid, the responsible person should
fulfill those above qualifications and should submit also the CVs and the
academic certificates of the persons associate.

3. Terms Of Reference and Bids

The interested candidates will find the details
in Terms Of Reference at SOSOMA Industries Ltd Office from 25th
June to 3rd July 2013 in working hours. Technical Offer and
Financial Offer must be presented in two different envelopes
separately.

The offers should be sealed in envelopes and sent
to Director General of SOSOMA Industries Ltd, P.O. Box 6779 Kigali, not
later than 10th July, 2013 at 5.00 pm. The bids will be
mentioned “Technical offer for MARKET SURVEY DEVELOPMENT” for technical offer
and” Financial offer for MARKET SURVEY DEVELOPMENT” for Financial offer.
Opening date for technical offer is fixed on 10th July 2013 at
11h: 00’. Opening date for financial offer will be communicated to the
bidder who will have score over 70% in Technical offer. The bids which will
have a score under 70% in Technical offer, its financial offer will be
rejected.
