Position Overview
The Director of
Blended Learning is the on-the-ground leader whose primary role in the
pilot year is to translate Generation Rwanda’s vision of reinventing higher education
in the developing world into a high functioning blended learning academic
program.

Position Details and Qualifications
This is a full-time, paid position located in Kigali. The net
salary is 1,000,000 RWF per month and health insurance is provided. Candidates
must meet the following criteria:

Possess a Master’s Degree, PhD, or the equivalent professional

Be fully fluent in English with a minimum TOEFL of 104 or be a
native English speaker with a portfolio of professional, error-free writing.

Have a minimum of 4 years as the head of a school or university
that uses blended learning technology and a flipped classroom model as its
primary method for instructional delivery. Preference given to leaders that
have not only led, but founded a school or accredited educational organization.
