Background
The
overarching Goal of the Second Emergency Demobilization and Reintegration
Project (SEDRP) is to contribute to consolidation of Peace in the Great Lakes
Region, particularly in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, and to foster
National Unity within Rwanda. This is done throug
