INTRODUCTION:
One Family Health (OFH) is a low prof

limited liability company established under the laws of the state of Vermont,
USA and registered with the Rwanda Development Board. Its mission is to
increase access to essential medicines and basic healthcare in isolated
communities. Through a Public Private Partnership with the Ministry of Health,
OFH manages primary care Health Posts across 11 districts in Rwanda, which are
owned and operated by local nurses, through a franchising model.
WANTED:
Honest, energetic, self-driven,
flexible, ambitious & dedicated Assistant to the Logistics Manager. In this
role you will be responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager in ensuring
that drugs and stationery stock is managed professionally, efficiently and cost
effectively, while operating within OFH and the Ministry Of Health’s
guidelines. Utilizing the LifeQube Electronic portal, you will maintain
accurate records and manage stock levels, ensuring profitability for the
franchisee at Health Post level. You will ensure all OFH health posts are fully
equipped with adequate drugs stock, medical equipment and furniture and
fittings of high-quality at affordable prices. You will support the Logistics
Manager to develop and implement successful system-wide stock control practices
throughout the network and ensure that franchisees comply with required
policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous supply of drugs to
ongoing HPs

- Ensure
on-going stock management policies and principles are adhered to by both
OFH and all Franchisees within the OFH network - Receive,
evaluate and process stock orders from Health Posts - Prepare
and deliver purchase orders to suppliers - Check
and receive deliveries from suppliers, ensuring delivered quantities match
ordered quantities and specifications - Produce
Delivery Notes from LifeQube - With
the Logistics Manager, deliver drugs to ongoing HPs per agreed schedule
Monitor drugs usage and stock
management at Health Posts

- Ensure
correct usage of medicine at Health Posts through monitoring of stock
takes in the LifeQube system - Fully
support the OFH network to maintain profitability through prudent stock
management principles - Ensure
functional use of LifeQube and Mobiqube for stock and supply, - Monitor
the HPs to ensure they are performing monthly stock takes, and
placing orders on time - Ensure
that no stock outs are experienced at the OFH outlets while meeting or
beating approved Logistics budget - Ensure
all stock is accounted for at any given period and no stock is left lying
at OFH Head Office at any one time
