The
Executive Chef will report directly to the General Manager with the purpose of
driving the culinary quality, performance and compliance while ensuring the
hotel’s Food & Beverage standards, menu guidelines and ensuring sustainable
and profitable operations.

Qualifications

- Culinary
education certificate & food safety regulations. - Must
show signs of career development HACCP certification. - Minimum
Five (5) years in kitchen management role, preferably with an
international 5* hotel chain. - Minimum
Ten (10) years kitchen experience - Ability
to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances
and come up with proactive rational and professional solutions. - Leadership,
sense of responsibility, trustworthy and a passion for Food &
Beverage. - Excellent
communication skills.
