Grow Movement is a charity registered in England, Wales and Scotland that
connects volunteer business consultants from around the world using Skype,
phone and email with micro and small entrepreneurs in Malawi, Rwanda and
Uganda. Together they work on defining and delivering business improvement
objectives over a 12 week period with the end goal of creating more jobs and
improving business skills.

Person Profile
Confident, outgoing self-starter who is passionate,
driven for results and able to work to targets. Must be able to work with
minimum supervision whilst keeping key stakeholders regularly updated. Excellent
communication and relationship building skills with an ability to network with
international people both face to face and via technology is a must. Must be
innovative, creative, resourceful and proactive whilst still maintaining a
focus on detail.
