Qualifications
and skills:
and skills:
- Master’s
degree, preferably in project management, communication, media/journalism
or marketing/public relations; or bachelors’ degree combined with 3 years
of relevant related professional experience. - Proven
professional and technical skills in marketing, communication and team
management. - Fluency
in English, speaking and writing. - Knowledge
of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an advantage. - Knowledge
on research, drafting and dissemination of best practices on development
work on Energy, Good Governance, Justice, Statistics and/or Agriculture
would be an advantage. - Knowledge
on drafting of Policy Communication would be an advantage.
General
professional experience:

- Minimum
8 years of professional experience in areas related to communication
events and campaigns, multimedia materials, publications, campaigns
organisation, logistics, public relations. - Proven
experience as project manager/ team leader. - Proven
strong capabilities and leadership in steering, moderating and organizing
communications events and campaigns.
Specific
professional experience:

- Minimum
3 years of proven experience in development and cooperation. - Proven
experience in cooperation with the EU and with EU programmes will be an
advantage. - Proven
experience in carrying out non-profit social awareness campaigns will be
an advantage. - Proven
experience with working on communication and visibility for other
Development Partners in Rwanda will be an advantage. - Prior
management and implementation of large communication and visibility
actions in Rwanda or EAC region will be an advantage. - Proven
experience on research, drafting and dissemination of best practices on
development work on Energy, Good Governance, Justice, Statistics and/or
Agriculture would be an advantage. - Proven
experience on drafting of Policy Communication would be an advantage.
