Qualifications

- University
degree preferably in communication, journalism, public relations or
related fields. - Minimum
of 3 years of proven experience in a combination of the following sectors:
communications, multimedia materials and publications, or related fields. - Fluent
in English, speaking and writing. - Knowledge
of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an advantage.
General
professional experience:

- Proven
professional experience in visual art, preferably in photography, graphic
design as well as in communications, web design, internet, radio emissions
and/or short movies. - Proven
strong knowledge of social media and marketing.
Specific
professional experience:

- Proven
experience in communication with track record of successful visibility
work in Rwanda and/or EAC region. - Proven
experience in working in Rwanda and EAC region will be an advantage.
