packaging facility producing excellent roasted coffee from the highest quality
green beans from local coffee farmers’ cooperatives.
With
its state-of-the-art roasting machinery expertly sourced from Italy, Brambati
coffee Roasting machine can produce 3 tons of roasted coffee per day. The
company is roasting, grinding and packing 100% Arabica Bourbon.

20% compared to the previous year achievement, to achieve this target the
company want to recruit a dedicated Chief Finance and Administration Officer to
fulfil the following tasks as described below:

Duties
and Responsibilities
  • Ensure
    the smooth operation of all RFCC activities through the effective
    management with the Managing Director and Head of Department managers.
  • Control
    RFCC income and expenditure and ensure that they are both appropriate and
    conform to the budgetary forecast, and ensure RFCC is consistently compliant
    with all financial and administrative practices, policies and procedures.
  • Proper
    filing of supporting documents and ensure the regular control of expenses
    and proactively anticipate budget issues.
  • Maintain
    Fixed Asset Register (FAR) for RFCC
  • Ensure
    that a summary of RFCC financial statements is accurately prepared on
    monthly basis.
  • Be
    responsible for RFCC bank reconciliations, discrepancies investigatedand
    corrected in time
  • Ensure
    that all accounting transactions are done in compliance with IFRS
  • Handle
    full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. Account
    Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger.
  • Oversight
    of the procurement process for both expendable and nonexpendable supplies
    and materials.
  • Ensure
    the proper use of the personnel policies and procedures and ensure their
    successful implementation and whenever necessary ensure their review.
  • Preparation
    and management of staff contracts and ensure that they arein accordance
    with Rwandan laws. Manage safety personnel files and ensure that informationis
    kept confidential
  • Examine
    the queries of staff to find viable solution timely.
  • Responsible
    for preparation of the payroll and keep record of the salaries & wages
    of the employees
  • Ensure
    that staff contribution and deductions on payroll are in consistency with
    National Social Security Board, Rwanda Revenue Authority and timely paid
    to tax authorities.
Requirements:
  • Degree
    in Accounting/Finance
  • Part
    or Qualification of ACCA/CPA
  • Minimum
    of 3-5 year’s relevant experience in financial & management
    accounting.
  • Excellent
    strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
  • Good
    MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Able
    to work independently and highly meticulous.
  • Working
    experience in accounting software is highly regarded.
