RMS Ltd is a State-owned company created by the Government of Rwanda with the mandate of managing the end-to-end health supply chain for Rwanda. RMS Ltd provides pharmaceuticals and health commodities towards 5 rights: the right patient, the right drug/dose, the right cost, the right route, and the right time. The vision of RMS Ltd is to ensure quality and timely availability of all health commodities to the public through a cost-efficient, sustainable and effective supply chain. Drugs will be available throughout the country through an economical and financially sustainable supply chain that can meet current and future need and manage increasing complexity RMS Ltd is looking for qualified, dedicated & experienced individuals to fill the following position:

Tasks and responsibilities
- In charge of quantification of laboratory for all health facilities
- Record lab equipment and collect needs of lab reagents in order to define the scope of work
- In charge of recording scope of referral hospitals and related adjustment
- Consider the non-available list and propose adjustment to procure
- Report on the trend of lab data for chub, CHUK, KFHI, BUTARO and other referral hospital
- Propose redistribution in case of stock out
- Propose bridge procurement process in case of shortfall of stock and pipeline to fight stock out
- Propose change of distribution schedule based on the stock availability
- Support in conducting national commodity quantifications
- Support in annual forecasting and quantification exercise with other partners
- Support the organization with commodity planning and follow up with the implementation
- Report to Quantification and Data Visibility Manager
Qualification and Skills
Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain and Logistics Management with relevant trainings in quantification of health products and with at least 2 years relevant working experience with maximum of 28 years old.
