DUHAMIC-ADRI has the pleasure to look for an interested company or firm to supply office supplies.
The selection of the best bidder will be done by using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the present request for quotation.
The proposal for this tender shall include Financial Proposal.
The prices proposed with the financial proposal shall include all taxes.
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 7th June 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 9:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
