Due to business growth and success, Randstad are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global and market leading research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare company, to join their expanding team.
As Process Technician you will be responsible for the handling of process material and the operation of production process equipment and will have the ability to work in a multi-stage batch processing environment whilst following the appropriate documentation procedures and training.
This role is of a physical nature and will occasionally require manual lifting/ moving so a good understanding of manual handling techniques and principles is essential. The ideal candidate should posses good communication skills, be able to follow and provide written and verbal instructions and be proactive when problem solving and understanding customer requirements. Hours of work will be carried out across a shift pattern basis so you should also be flexible and be willing to take on retained emergency role if required.
