Job Responsibilities
Team Accountant responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the timely delivery of standardized processes, systems and information to the business.
• The team of accountants work to the following areas of responsibilities:
a} Capital
b} Compliance
c} Spend reporting
d} Month End Closing and Reporting
e} Forecasting and Budgeting
The following areas of responsibility may also be applicable:
• Manages capital related accounting treatments for Disposals and Capitalizations
• Supports compliance activities
• Performs review of draft spend reports at month end. Partners directly with customer’s for any specific queries.
• Works closely with Procurement to ensure alignment on reporting and forecasting
• Prepare monthly site finance report
• Tracks changes to forecast and actual versus forecast for spend
• Focuses on spend and budgeting processes
•
Job Requirements
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• 4 to 5 years experience
• Fluent German essential
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Team-based environment experience essential
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent problem identification and solving skills.
• Attention to detail a must
