post reg experience is required
Previous Deputy Manager Experience would be a benefit/asset for this role
Good IT skills (excel)
An understanding of both the care commission and national care standards would be required.

As deputy manager, you will be responsible for the clinical care within the Home.
Have Good experience with investigation/complaints and recruitment and an awareness of the mental welfare commission.
To be considered, candidates must have previous experience working in a care home setting and hold RMN/RGN/RNMH or equivalent in Social Care.
