This role requires a newly or recently qualified accountant with either transaction experience or a genuine desire to move your career into corporate finance.
The position will include assisting with strategic assessment, commercial due diligence, transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration.
You must be a qualified accountant with excellent excel skills and ideally 1st time passes. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong intellectual rigour and commercial awareness combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills.
