Co-operatives UK is the national member-owned and led organisation promoting the interests of co-operatives, raising awareness and understanding of co-operative values and principles, and supporting the development and growth of co-operative enterprise.
Innovation Programme Leader
£50,000 p.a. pro rata
Part-time (3 days per week)
Fixed-term contract (renewable annually)
You’ll play a leading role in promoting innovation across the co-operative movement – building effective relationships with senior management staff, members and key influencers in the field of social innovation, and taking responsibility for delivering a range of innovation programmes for the organisation.
An outstanding communicator with proven relationship-building skills, you must also have a good working knowledge of co-operative business models, along with a thorough understanding of innovation models and methods. A successful track record in policy development is also essential.
