Requirements:
• Diploma in supplies management
• 3 years working experience
• Academic mean grade of C-
• Be a person of integrity
Duties and responsibilities
• Co-ordination of procurement activities in the institution
• In-charge of all purchases
• Maintenance of appropriate records
• Preparation of annual procurement plans
• Material control
2. Accountant
Requirements
• Passed CPA part 1
• 3 years experience in similar institution
• Current certificate of good conduct
• Recommendation letter from former employers
• Dedicated, trustworthy and hardworking
Duties and responsibilities
• Assisting the Finance Officer
• Performing accounting operations
3. Driver III
Requirements
• Valid driving license with not less than 3 years free from any accident
• Valid public service vehicle license
• Mean grade D+
• Good communication skills both in English and Kiswahili
• Should be 30 years and below
Responsibility
• To drive institutional vehicles as assigned
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles assigned
• Check on expiry dates of licenses and vehicles inspection
4. Applied Science Technician III
Requirements
• Mean grade C-
• Craft certificate course in SLT (science Laboratory technician)
• One year experience
• Below 30 years
Duties
• Assisting the lecturers in the preparation and execution of practical lessons.
• Ensuring safety in the laboratory
• Issuing and receiving chemicals/equipments from students
• Maintaining the equipments & tools in the lab
